Body Vital Foot Spa owner,
If you are no longer running the store wide promotions (such as 'buy 4 get 1 free' body massage for $200) you should remove the promotions page to avoid creating expectations from the customers which your business doesn't honor at this time.

Update to my previous comment:
After posting the comment about the "Buy 4 get 1 free" body massage promotion, the owner of the Body Vital Foot Spa contacted me by phone and explained to me that it was a misunderstanding. I was informed that the promotion was valid and I could still purchase the promotional package at my convenience. I stopped by the spa this afternoon and was able to purchase the package without any problem. The owner was very pleasant and offered an apology for the initial misunderstanding and any inconvenience it might have caused. Besides the question of promotion, I was happy with the service at Body Vital Foot Spa. The massage was very good, the facility is clean, the deco is pleasing, and there is plenty of space and a good level of privacy in the body massage rooms. I hope Body Vital Foot Spa will continue to maintain this nice level of service.

I went to BodyVitalSpa over the recent holiday break and had both a full body massage and foot massage for 2 hours. I have been to Del Monte, Woodcliff, Spa Elan and Mirabeau and I will be returning to BodyVital Spa again and again. The spa is spotless and inviting. Very quiet and peaceful. I was told about the spa by a friend and we are going again this weekend with another friend.

I tried the relexology and was not disappointed. I highly recommend Jeff. He was the best!

The secret is out. Jeff is definitely one of the best. I hope this doesn't mean that Jeff will be too busy from now on and it will be harder to book appointments for massage with Jeff in the future.

Went for the first time last night.. I repeatedly told the lady that the pressure was too much.. Needless to say I'm now icing my back, in hopes it wont bruise. She also left the room 3 times in the middle of my massage.. I will not be going back.. I had an hour foot massage and an hour body massage.. Not even worth it.. So disappointed

My daughter and I had a daughter/mom night out, we both had foot massages. What a relaxing time...I actually fell asleep. Will definitely be visiting again! Thank you for a memorable experience.

I will never go back, my friend and i went on a Friday evening after a long week at work and paid to be abused. We went for the foot massage and we both had men working on us. The amount of pressure was out of control from the bottom of my foot up to my knee was bruised, even after pulling my foot away to give a hint it continued, My poor friend was being hurt more next to me, her guy actually pulled her toes apart so much it tore the skin and now 2 weeks later she was in after hours and now on antibiotics and her foot is wrapped. After the horrible foot rub they sit you up and rub your back but just wait until the end when they actually punch you up and down your arms, i hardly think any of that was "reflexology". Then after the pain they must have seen on our face they hound us to go for another hour body rub, i cant imagine hoe horrible that would have been, we booked the hell of of there in pain!!! Beware the good reviews had to be a female therapist working on said client or written from staff because that place is HORRIBLE and needs to be shut down!

I will not recommend this place to anyone. The owner is rude unprofessional very demanding. She do not deserve to own a business. We had an appointment as soon as we mentioned we have Groupon. She was angry and wants us to schedule an Appt which we did and we have. She did not take us and left took off with her car. We are not happy. Here’s my words to you to the owner. You are awful rude and you don’t deserve to own a business the way you treated us.

I had a terrible experience yesterday, on mother's day. I booked weel in advance a foot massage for myself and two daughters. 30 minutes in, a group of four came in and made a commotion about getting a foot massage right away at the same time. So I was informed my masssage would end early and was moved. The rest of my daughters massage was rushed. Even though we were cheated 15-20 min we only received $5 off, then I got yelled at and hounded for a tip. The three young girls giving the massages, by the way, were just giving foot rubs they did not know what they were doing. I have been to this establishment several times, and it was not the foot massage they typically offer. This business will fail if this is how they continue to operate
